MoveCon 2026

A weekend-long, in-person immersion designed to awaken your body, stir creativity, and reconnect you to what it means to move — freely, fully, and in community.

August 2026 · Boulder, Colorado

A sampler platter of brilliance

This is more than a weekend workshop. It's not about mastering a "style." It is about meeting your body — and others — in surprising, honest, and enlivening ways.

Somatic Diversity

Sessions span a variety of lineages — dance, somatics, martial arts, improvisation. Each facilitator leads one class, giving you a taste of their unique brilliance.

Embodied Depth

We choose facilitators for their embodied depth and facilitation brilliance — not their social media following. Come prepared to be moved.

Community

You will show up with everything needed inside. This isn't about doing any movement "right." It's about right relationship to movement — through practice, play, and community.

Come as you are

Practitioners

You already have a movement practice and want to explore beyond it. You're curious about what else your body can do.

Facilitators & Coaches

You guide others through movement and want to expand your toolkit with new modalities and perspectives.

The Curious

No prior dance experience required. Diversity strengthens the event. If you crave play, depth, and somatic exploration — you belong here.

11 movement guides, one extraordinary weekend

Each facilitator brings a unique lineage and practice. One class each — no repeats — a true sampler of movement brilliance.
